Started by a traveller. Still run like one.
Nexes began in 2019 when our founder spent three weeks fixing a "honeymoon package" that fell apart on day one — wrong hotel, missed transfers, no one answering the phone. He came back home and decided someone had to do this properly.
The rule from day one: every itinerary is built by a real human, every property is one we'd send our own family to, and every traveller has a direct number to a planner — not a call-centre script. That rule hasn't moved.
Today we're a small team of nine — planners in Kochi, on-ground hosts in Srinagar, Goa, Bali and Dubai, and one very patient operations lead who answers WhatsApp at 2am. We've stayed deliberately small so the quality stays high.
